Everytime you tell children, book is your best friend, but good thing that glass is replacing the paper, and sauntering through stories is now scrolling.

Yeah, Children of future. They can’t be fond of books. Those days are long gone when hardworking children used to study under the lamplights of the streets.

Reading The Book of Genesis is better, when it is literally coming to you through light, the backlit words on the screen, less trees cut down so the world can be green.

They say, this world is to end. That the judgement is drawing near. If that’s true, die doing what you love. And it is anything that you are doing, just do your job. Don’t worry about life and afterlife, give yourself sometime compose cause life’s strife.

Words are your best friends, even people have names, and names are also words. You know, what you befriend is the signature whether it’s name, face, figure, style or character. Drawing near to something means recognize outside what’s already inside you.

Anyways, to the young Christian boys and girls, you read bible? You shouldn’t. Just read your mind, read your heart, read yourself, your interests, read, for reading is virtue. When you read Bible, you try to read read story of your faith, but when you read book of Genesis, you read your roots.

Book of Genesis, is the root of our stories. The root that originates from Adam and Eve and all the way to what kind of leaves, fruits, and flowers we’ve become growing on the shoots. Book of Genesis is the story from roots to the shoots.

Every head of the family is the friend of the family. This is how Adam is the head of all the families. Search all the history you want, but Adam came to our stories in the book of Genesis. And that’s where he, “the first one” belongs, in the book of creation.

When Adam and Eve were not known to the parenthood, there were gardens, rejoice, and God’s glory everywhere you could look. That’s until the devil told them a funny story and Cain came into the world as the first “created one”. And Eve said, “With the help of the Lord I’ve brought forth a man.” She was so new to child birth and children, she didn’t know how to behave or how to act. But Adam and Eve were guided by the lord himself, they learned lessons of parenthood like we didn’t.

Then Abel was born, the breath, the son, the breathing spirit. Now you know how Abel turned out to be the lamb of the story, so let’s skip that, you can read it in the Bible at anytime you want. Focus on what came with it. Envy. Envy came to the world as the second sin, right next to the original sin, birth.

Birth is original sin only because life’s struggle. So know that there’s no giving back to the giver of life. You can only be thankful. Your father is giver of life in the image of the lord, and so is your mother, as mistress of the lord. The very beginning tells us how men tend to be keen lovers of wives. As if the lord Adam had no power over her mistress. So Adam was lord only nominally, Eve was the mistress that the lord served. “With the help of the Lord I’ve brought forth a man.”

Remember we started with the title, words are your best friends? Then know the words that are not. Words like Envy. Envy is fierce and ruthless. (Probably that’s why facing this sin gave Shazam a hard time, but Shazam did it but unlike the movie, envy is not easily gullible.) In fact, we are all very gullible to envy. Envy creates jealousy and jealousy creates hate, and hatred the sincity of all the evils.

Love what you envy, love those who you envy and that’s the only cure to envy. Don’t envy, want more, want better, cause if you’ll do that, you’ll get it if not in this life then later. Put your mind, over matter and make your spiritual persona far more greater. (Who is Arnold Schwarzenegger if not Jake Slater, if life is movies, enjoy movies better.)
