Climbing mount everest is not a biggie any more. People have so much time at their hands to get murdered by an ice giant that has climate of its own. Ten days window, thousands of wanna be snow me out. What is causing all this attraction. Climate change?
A peak top the size of two ping pong tables and a few minutes that get that selfie through. So back in the days when climbing Everest used to be monumental and pride for the climber’s country, now it’s only a fit and headache on the country that hosts mountaineering.
A clean up crew brought down 24,000 of pounds of trash just this year, and a avalanche of shit is sliding down with ice. The fecal time bomb is not something you’d put just on baby shirts.
So climbing isn’t much of an achievement with commercial guides pointing every step of the way. You gotta do something new not selfies. Like snowboarding off the summit or parachuting off it. or ha ha. The highest ever cellphone call.
Luxury expeditions that provide heated tents with dinning table. Damn. Sherpas, mules of everest, carry all the weight because locally there’s no other job that pays well enough. Risking their lives. Fifty percent people not even good for the climb, yet signed up because of the money.
To all those instagram climbers, “stupidity when risks your life that’s okay cause you’ll be dancing in your shit but when it risks the life of others because you have good money, that’s not stupidity, that’s exploit of innocent lives. You can’t just look at the faces of those sherpas feel empathy and think that’s their job and I’m just another fella on the party who is paying fairly to help their livelihood and there’s nothing I can do. There is something you can do. Don’t go to everest.”
I can totally relate. See people of faith are like a family climbing that infinite mountain of God. There are risks, coldness, your brain does expand and leaks into your spine, you get drills and chills, there are crevices that you have to be careful with.
In this team, there are brothers separated by time and space, mostly by time. On places with sharp ascent, those who climbed previously left ropes of hopes for others who may want this adventure. Everyone brings his own rope and makes sure it remains firm.
God the Christ, who is our shephard, he climbed a peak no one ever saw. Above the clouds, high in the skies. They say God took his selfie, time kept it and his last words were, “it is done.” Three climbers, one fate.
Now think about those slugs, reluctant to know the truth, wanting to climb the hike of faith. Works of ages is always at risk that people could lose their faith in God and lose their ways. Then those who believe or do not believe have to be guided in one way or another because there are good souls everywhere trapped in a bad avalanche.
In such climbs, there’s window of ten days and that’s the period of life that the guide gets to live. Every summit separated by millenniums and along side there are smaller expeditions who venture out on their own.
The mountaineers know what they are doing because they do it for the love of mountain, and then there are instagrammers who’ll feel proud so they can talk about it. That they went to mecca, visited vatican, offered a prayer, visited church, gave donations to poor, smashed a coconut on the temple floor, spilled milk over a stone, and so on.
But they do not know the journey like the guides do. They do not understand the love of mountaineering. Saints of the past and prophets did. Sending them blessings without understanding their work what good it is as an offering or reverence whenyou do not care.
When you leave all that trash on the mountain of God for cleaning crews to throw away from it. When you say so much in the name of God and put so much shit on it. On this rope, the ambitious climbers depend on one another cause they’ve got the same rope. The professional climbers, ask them how difficult it is to set up the ropes.
Look at people of the past, Paul wasn’t the only saint, what about saint Nelson Mendela. One way or another they were trying to do the same thing. Behind the bars, but they kept their faith so their nations could taste victory one day. Know better.
Only a shepar can feel for another shepar. Their success is not the money their true achievement is making sure every batch makes up to the peak and back safely.
Interestingly bible extras tell us tale of guide who took seventy people to the top of pyramids of Egypt. It was a bad day for summit, storm came with thunder and lightening struck them all out. The guide came rolling down pyramid and knocked his head unconscious.
Why do the poor give slaves to the rich by producing children they can’t feed. Doesn’t it make sense today the lesson of faith points in the other direction cause once there weren’t enough of us and now gates of hell are being opened from Everest and people are going to hell for fun and taking others with them.
When hell will become full, the dead will be sent back to earth. Those folks think climbing moutain makes them feel alive but putting lives of other people at risk because you’ve money and power, that’s not alive an excitement, that’s being dead inside, dead in conscious.
To the west, I think those ambitious mountaineers should be given months of training as also the same for the folks who work at Facebook moderation centers.
Now to the east, those who imagined hell and fed it to their people and scared them from terrors of grave, leaving them scarred for life, from such memories and lessons, invention of extra lies and fear in the name of God.
