O People of the Scripture! Do not exaggerate in your religion, and do not say about God except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, is the Messenger of God, and His Word that He conveyed to Mary, and a Spirit from Him. So believe in God and His messengers, and do not say, “Three.” Refrain—it is better for you. God is only one God. Glory be to Him—that He should have a son. To Him belongs everything in the heavens and the earth, and God is a sufficient Protector.
The arabic text when came to the son of the desert, at that time, faith in that area was divided into jews, christians, and the rising ones, muslims. The desert son told them, refrain from saying three (that we are not three nations) God is only one God. (That by believing in one God, we can become One nation) Discrimating between Gods brings division, embracing each other’s views brings union.
Refrain from Saying (we are) Three (Nations). And… Glory to Him, that He should have a son. To prevent people falling victim to differences. Tried to equalize all as prophets, just as Jesus tried to equalize everyone by saying that all are children of God. Truth always stings less than supremacy because supremacy is its own demise.
When Jesus will come tomorrow, he’ll surely say, the matters between prophets are for them to decided between them. Or, the matters between sons of God are for them to decided between them. As for the followers, they should stay obedient to basic principles of faith: Justice and Freedom.
As time passed, Islam grew. Deeper meaning were forgotten. Muslims turned away from their own words and as a result good caused bloodshed between them by their own hands. God instilled greed into their hearts, for the throne (caliphate) and generation after generation they split each other’s blood. It didn’t stop with Saddam Hussain and continues till date.
Every time faith is given to them, they fall for its political benefits.
The words that form foundations of a faith, should not be turned away from. It only brings misery. Thirst for Caliphate made them forget religion and caused them to rush after politics. Which is evident till date. The things is, politics can never beat faith. Gains of politics are temporary, gains of faith, are permanent.
The desert son, didn’t attack trinity then, if we could see his spirit, he won’t even now. It’s his followers, they followed greed and turned his prophet-hood into finally, without restoring the world to order. Yesterday, what meant refrain from saying 3 today means refrain from 72+, which is the number of divisions and sects within religion of Islam. Either there are already so many sects, or they’ll form, but to wise, you only point. It wasn’t about the exact number, but extreme level of division.
It is a simple fact, only after winning the battle, can the victory be claimed. Claiming reward while things are in the making and fate of the world is yet to be decided, is a holly mistake. The desert son knew his breed, they were people who he told them to wait on the mountain, but they ran for the loot while the battle was still in the preceding.
Trinity remains with Christians with all its oneness. Only those who do not know the meaning argue about it.
God said, “O Jesus, I am terminating your life, and raising you to Me, and clearing you of those who disbelieve. And I will make those who follow you superior to those who disbelieve, until the Day of Resurrection. Then to Me is your return; then I will judge between you regarding what you were disputing.
So who are disputing? This is for those, whoever are disputing.
When Jesus came with the clarifications, he said, “I have come to you with wisdom, and to clarify for you some of what you differ about. So fear God, and obey me.
Fear God, and obey your books. There’s no argument on clarifications. Faith is freedom.
