The Failure of the Cross

Pope Francis once said,
“Our job is to plant the seeds, God sees the fruits of our labors. And if at times, our efforts, and works seem to fail, and not produce fruit, we need to remember, that we are followers of Jesus Christ. And his life, humanly speaking, ended in failure, the failure of the Cross.”

They say, if you fail aiming high, then your failure is better than success of those who aim low. The good (that) they say, they say the good.

Christ is in our spirit, the spirit of humanity. We can wander away from faith, but we find the way back, and sometimes without even trying. God destined us, we fulfil the destination, God helps those who help themselves.

There are so many seeds. Look at the world, so many beliefs and the respective culture that’s risen from it. Bringing them under one umbrella is a huge challenge, very hard to accomplish. What if Jesus can’t bring us together? What if he came a second time and succumbed to the tests of time?

Will you then follow the failure to your failure or will you perform better? Jesus always tried to unite us, called us to righteousness. The crowd and community of Christ that we’ve become today is only because we followed Jesus to his success. It wasn’t miracle of Jesus alone, it was team work. Of people like Saint Paul, of people like Pope Francis.

If we want to grow more as a community, we’ll need to make new traditions that can signify our efforts. Every punk out there on the street who has the tattoo of cross anywhere on his body is serving us in our cause. Every body who is wearing a cross around his neck, is serving his faith. It symbolizes the unity of our community.

The critically acclaim way, to promote our faith is by letting our people go to disciplines of science and make their mark. Or let them explore art and make a name for themselves because as they’ll make name for themselves, they’ll make a name for their faith too.

At times, we are out of faith. It will continue to happen. We can’t stop it. We can’t fight it. It will always be about those moments, when we are filled with faith and our course of action from there on.

Everybody’s is doing there job, if we won’t do our job as preachers then the hope is lost. We don’t want to just grow as a faith but as a community as well. And unlike those who are enemies of planet’s health, inflation is not the way.

When we become better in our ways is when others follow in our footsteps. Now I know, someone might say, we made it to the moon what else can we do to inspire the rest? That people are mindlocked. It is not always the case!

If I tell you that Christianity traveled towards a boy in a dark street where the light of Christ hardly reached, would you believe me?

You can’t tell a man that you are son of God, but you can look up to the sky and tell the sun that you are sun of God. Does that make sense? It is not earthly body that gives us the light but the heavenly body that gives us the light and the warmth as well.

Look up to the sky and say “you are the sky of God”
Look up to the moon and say “you are the moon of God”
Look up to the sun and say “you are the sun of God”

Those are visible signs. You cannot see air but the air you breath you can tell that “you are air of God.”

Our job as preachers is to seed, rest depends on the lands on which they fall. You know what happens to the lands and minds that do not fruit. They value is gone and the universe moves everything it must to give it to those who follow the just path. The path of way giving and freedom, for which we only have our cross.
