The entire point of Christan truth is human suffering, to acknowledge skies know human pain. God sent his son as a human, with no superpowers but human abilities to suffer through everything humans do, feel and acknowledge humanity’s pain. Had God wished he could have sent a Superman, but he sent his son to manifest in human form.
Jesus prayed? Search Bible for “high priest?”
Who would pray to God if the High Priest won’t?
If world is a test, and He came and took the test, prayed like everyone did, prayed to the Holy father for our forgiveness when humans put him to test he said “they do not know father, they do not know” but when the devil put him to test he clearly told the devil, “you shall not test Lord your God”.
Jesus called people his brothers, there couldn’t be anything more human than Jesus. None the less, the true God never had a biological father, for Jesus was true air of God, and air of his lips was the word of God.
Jesus prayed and suffered like any of us, so on the judgement day none of us can say God you never knew our pain. Had God sent Jesus with his Almighty powers, who would not have believed Jesus is son of God? But life is a test so it happened, not outside the normals every man is known to. He performed only the miracles that speak of his eternal truth. Healer, sight-giver, ressurector, fountain for thirsty, food for hungry. When he fed thousands through less food, and then said through his on words, bread is my body. His miracles spoke of what he was able to offer us all in the heaven.
Why Jesus prayed? To do his part as a human being, do to the faith his duty. Words or prayers, our private thoughts, and confessions to self are our evidence of believers that tell our truth of the after life, and our prayers will speak for us on the day of judgement. That’s why Jesus stressed in Bible to pray in silence, and not to make a exhibition out of prayers. Except only to demonstrate how to pray.
All the prophets complained of human suffering to God, God couldn’t come Himself (because it would have ripped fabric of space and time apart) so he sent his son. God is formless, God never knew what He looked like, so he created all the shapes and in man he saw his reflection, through the reflection of that mirror, he saw his image for the very first time, it was the shape of water, Jesus. So he called Jesus his son and through his image made the man, and out of the other shapes of water, he made other creatures to the man’s kingdom.
Universe is God, at it’s center is God’s heart, His son.
Jesus prayed because who would a son ask for grace and mercy but his own father, God, the Christ above. Jesus prayed to God because it is not a sin to pray.
