I can’t save you but Jesus can,
I don’t know the time, Don’t know when,

I serve what comes clear, becomes clear,
Philosophies of life, just extensions mere,

I serve the words, their myriad tastes,
I won’t be a sinner, value of time that wastes,

Taking my faith to the goal like it’s football,
Putting faith in God, tackling the truth ball,

Many ways to delight oneself in the service,
Of faith, not doing it right makes me nervous,

Then comes calm, “put your heart in holy realm,”
We the best music, and here goes another psalm.
