Gift of Saints

So many saints were present, the lord asked, what you have brought for me? Each saint had died with a fruit that they took to their graves. Those with date, apple, and even coconut. They took their fruits to the lord and lord accept their offerings, and said to the one who brought coconut, you brought us a soft and surprising core. The saint replied, no lord, back on earth, I saw a saint wandering in search for the fruit of patience, he kept saying pawpaw, but I told him your dad and dad of all of us is not here. My fruit is nothing compared to his, because I found mine but he is always looking for a fruit that can represent patience. The lord said, first of all, stand witness that it is a made up story, because hello, no lying in the name of lord, if you must, then just say it was a made story. Don’t worry about any saint, when no door works, there’s a perfect door waiting to be opened just by you, when no fruit is delicious enough, there’s a fruit that’s made, just for you.

And so symbols were offered to the lord, crescent, cross, stars, and what not. But when the lord asked what the symbols meant, they had forgotten and couldn’t define it. Then one of them stepped up and said, dear lord, may I? He was given permission so he said, they wasted their time. Human body is the best symbol to represent any faith. Heart for rejoicement, kidney for refinement, brain for wisdom, lungs for vastness, muscles for hard work, skin for sensibility, tongue for eloquence, voice for deliverance, ears for fellowship, limbs for obedience, and so on.

The lord said, “go on, complete your list,” but the saint said, “I can’t my lord, until I’m sure, does the light gives one the direction or the fragrance?” And he was told that whichever is more humble will give guide you more. He was told, that the best gift one can give to the lord is the knowledge for his universe, for it was meant to be conquered by mankind, and those who explore its boundaries the farthest, are to be fairly awarded. Those who make knowledge their paradise, paradise is given to them in exchange for their knowledge.
