Talent Acquisition is the Best Way to Befriend Future

And this is for America. It’s been an American secret for ages that we’d love to share with global partners. It is a way to build national and global diversity.

See the world’s always been like this, and with things that always stand on tiny threads, world can always go to war. But do we stop the efforts that is the building process? No.

See through a time travelers eyes, every second is an investment, every good person out there willing to do something creative for the world is an asset. Technology is just one front, people so easily miss out on music and art.

The world’s, that’s trying to improve is always trying to be more useful, way giving, and peaceful. That world exists within our world, the working elements that are always trying to pick that brick that fell from and old build and make a better use of it in the new building.

The other part of the world, busy being destructive and hostile is a lost world. It is but in the hands of our leaderships and elites to identify what can be cultured into people’s mindset to change the direction of their future and in the process change the course of the history in a positive direction.

Philosophy, will never end. Faith will end, philosophy will go on or embrace faith into it and extend its benefits. That’s a Christian thought. The nations best in talent acquisition are also the ones who are good at realizing potential, of lands, barren or fertile. In deserts they grow crops, in meadows, they create heavens.

I’ve seen all the worlds, in my capacity and I saw that ‘changing dynamics’ is one that remains constant whether it comes to politics, economy, science, arts or strategy. Apply that to the world of faith and that’s how we saw Christianity. Open and welcoming.

We as people can always coexist, it is the demons in our philosophies that cause disastrous effects over generations and fight with each other to prevent us from achieving progress. In trying to symbolize our roots, we’ve often ignored our fruits.

I tell one part of the world, “Christians, heaven is real” because I know the truth that’s for sure for them and then I tell the other part of the world, that’s just a childhood story, so those who won’t embrace our beliefs can move beyond fantasy, and find their rightful place in their nations and societies to role play a positive model character.

Person is character of an individual, society is a character of the people and culture is a character of an entire nation. When someone criticizes my theories I just say they could be wrong or disown them altogether, so if they are wrong they are disposed, if they are right, someone will pick them up later and extend them. Moving on is one way to be open to criticism, without facing it, there are no improvements.

There are countries I naturally feel opposed to because there are faults within their systems, that doesn’t mean I don’t focus on their positive prospects. How can my thoughts possibly change the world but I know when I’m thinking them, I’m not alone in my vision. There must be a entire generation feeling the rift and trying to rise above traditionalism and localism.

Some philosophers have really just given the world a brief outlook at what’s happening in the history, what’s happened and what could happen simply based on deductive and inductives sciences. We are humans, our predictability has a limit. The universe wants us to be more unpredictable. And that’s happened every time we’ve risen above our perosnal, national and global challenges.

I agree, people will never know the best, they’ve to be guided and sometimes dictated but I also see that out of chaos that people create come good things. That there must be a way to resolve the opinions and the top and the bottom of the chain. Dissolve differences of wealth and authority between the rich and poor.

I see these models all the time and I realize that nations that forsake merit always suffer. Democracy ensures merit, dictatorship supresses it. The nations that teach their children to be best individuals and best at their individual choices are also the ones who become the best individual nation and make best choices as individual nation.

I look at Japan as always a bright example of the 20th century that’s right in front of us. And in the 21st century I see nothing but role model nations trying to rise above themselves and working for global causes and then others stuck in their own little issues, suffering for their choices, selections just because they undermined merit.

Uplift the merit, those who will come out as a result will look for talented instead of favorites. Whether army or civilian ranks, that’s the way to build a better future.

What a waste of words, what a taste of words, I just want for the world the best of words, so derive from your best selves the rest of words. August 19.
