Jesus, Dysmas, Gestas

Dysmas was the name associated with the good thief who asked Jesus to remember him in paradise (Luke 23:43), while Gestas was the one who taunted Jesus along with the crowd. In the Roman Catholic tradition, Dysmas was canonized as a saint.

Dysmas: Remember me in paradise
Jesus: No problem, but you can’t walk with me all the way
Gestas: Can’t walk with you all the way, boo!
Jesus: I mean, I can take you with me if you wish, but some journeys…
Gestas: Booo!
Jesus: … but some journeys…
Gestas: Booo! Woe to you, Boos Jesus Booo!
Jesus: … but some journeys…
Gestas: Boo Jesus Boo!
Jesus: Let me finish already! Silence!!
Dysmas: So rude
Jesus: I know, but you gotta listen alright?
Dysmas: Alright, so your majesty, you were sayin’
Jesus: Some journeys are meant to be walked alone
Jesus: You won’t be able to come where I’ll go
Jesus: That is how it is, for it is written
Gestas: Liar, take us with you
Dysmas: Yeah take us with you, you liar
Jesus: Alright, but this one time
Jesus: Only because you are partners in crucification
Gestas: Cool!
Dysmas: Booo!
Jesus: Yeah, I’ll eventually drop you two somewhere
Jesus: I”ll take you with me where ever I’ll go
Jesus: But eventually, some journey, I have to walk alone
